started the day really bad. 7-Eleven burrito's because I was late, and then to top it off, a glazed doughnut. skipped lunch to think it might make up for some of it. but NOOOOOOOO damn Gnarly Head Cab... I hate wine. actually I love wine, I hate how many calories it has... fuckers.
could have totally hit my mark today if it wasn't for the 650 cal bottle of awesome cab... I have to remember there are different rules for this than for staying away from DUI. it does not matter how fast or slow you drink it. a bottle of red wine is 650 cal. no matter what.
