Good news! I purchased a Schwinn Airdyne today! My own bike! The surgeon said I was supposed to be biking and working up to an elliptical. Got a AWESOME deal on the bike. And if and when I'm ready the fitness store will buy back the bike and apply it toward whatever equipment I would like to buy! Saw an awesome elliptical machine, but will have to do a lot of saving for that to be an option. So excited, they bought my current treadmill and will remove that the day they deliver the bike!

I can't wait to finally be able to exercise again. And more importantly on MY schedule. I've needed this badly, I've been so anxious to push ahead with my recovery and just need the release exercise provides for my mental health. Have to wait 10 days for it to be delivered...it will be hard to wait, but soooooo worth it!
