Had been doing really well but my allergies have been giving me terrible headaches to where I just want to lay down and take a nap so it will go away. I have been following my calorie allotment reasonably well, but have fallen out of the "routine". Unexpected company is a BIG issue for me getting exercise in too. Seems like my whole life that it has been once I get off track, I have a hard time getting back on.
