I know it's Sunday weight in day. Well I was 114l.7bs now I am 118.8lbs. Not funny I have had a week off work and fat too much birthday treats also big fatty meals eg fatty battered fish, mushy peas and fat chips. Also strawberry hot drinking (chocolate) and loads of cream. Plus a Thoroton chocolate triffle. plus a couple of other naughty bits and pieces. Still back to the grind stone tomorrow so work and diet both start all over again. so here goes. Merry Mel.
