Weather today looks crummy, Monday was a stressful day at work, but managed to stay away from junk food and snacks - a small victory.
Had a full dr. exam Tuesday, Triglycerides high, good cholesterol low, weight 219, start point on this gives me a few things to work on - general aerobic condition should be better, less fat, less carbs, more protein and raw veggies/nuts.
