I have been away for a month, vacation, swim class and the rollercoaster that is summer break has taken up most of my time. The good news is that I am averaging 5 miles a day walking but not so good news catching and grabbing meals when I can that are not the most healthy for me.....my goal for the remainder of June and the month of July is to start again with the mindset of entering what I eat when I have a meal and not two days later, when I have forgotten what it was !!
