I did it! NO coffee creamer today.. that's huge for me!! 1 day at a time.. I followed yesterday's plan with only 1 variation and I added in the lowfat mayo for the grilled tuna steak that was cold from Sunday and made the most excellent tuna salad - it was great! Today seems to be going well. I don't have anything tempting in my desk drawer, but I am not thinking about food. That's a left step in the right direction ;-)
