Dziennik Patnjack, 28 lut 11

I walked this morning for 20 minutes. It's a great accomplishment for me. I have two knee replacements, three back surgeries, peripheral neuropathy.....just to mention a few. And some foolish doctor told me I would never walk any further than across the room! Showed him!!!
I'll do this fantastic walking thing again tomorrow.
BTW, I live in the eastern shore of Virginia and we have very warm weather this morning, around 70 at 10am and 35mph wind gusts. It's OK when it's at your back, but baby, when you're walking into it it's a ugly sight!!Must have looked like I was walking in a blizzard. haha
