Today I got my grilscout cookies in and that was not a good thing but I was able to be some what strong. Instead of eating the hole box I eat 6 cookies then place the rest on the kitchen table for any whoi wanted. I have two more boxes and think I will do the same thing over the nect two week. One box a week take about six out to enjoy then give them away.

As for the rest of the day eating was mostly the same had my daliy fix and feel great right now even though I hard to walk around did a killer leg work. Squat, Leg press, leg extention, still leg dead lifts, seated leg curls, leg press calf raises and seated calf raises. And boy was I done, but then it was cardio time did not go as fast but burned my same caloires at the same time. The it was off the work feeling great after a hot, hot shower.
