Oh plenty you can do , lol! Get up earlier in the morning or go later in the evening for a walk. Get some workout videos and do them in you home. Local libraries have some you can borrow. You might even try youtube for free workouts. Put on music and dance while you clean. Go to local mall and "mall walk" (just stay away from the food court, lol). Find a place to swim. Join a local gym (if you have motivation to use it). But it's easy to make a little gym at home with some workout dvds, a mat and some light handweights. You can zumba in you house, pilates, yoga. walk away the pounds, etc.
