My friend Alexa Kelly referred me to this site and I really appreciate her letting me know about it. It is a great way to keep track of my progress and stay motivated. In addition to my weight loss goal I also have a few other goals that I am working on. They include the following:
- No Sugar in my diet - Take a multi-vitamin daily - Increase my energy levels without caffeine - Increase my flexibility - Clear up my skin (no acne) - No more brain fog! - Grown strong natural finger nails - Pain free back - Strong teeth (no more cavities)
My goal weight is 120 lbs at 10% body fat. My goal sizes are 34-24-34 and a size 2 jean.
My current weight is 138 lbs at 30% body fat. My current sizes are 36-27-38 and a size 5 jean.
