Day 1 of getting back on track. Trying to make writing journals a daily thing, even if it is only a short one. Today I ate 1 serving of chicken magargherita, 2 servings of edamame beans, 3 passionfruit godiva truffles, 1 small spinach & artichoke lean pocket, 1 orange, and 1 yoplait black forest yogurt. I added everything together and the total comes out to be 1295 calories today.
I could have done WITHOUT the godiva truffles & opted for something healthier... but it's so hard when you're friends with someone who works there (and gets freebies). I also did a 5 1/2 mile run + short walk and burned off around 650+ calories. Feelin' pretty good! DEFINITELY no binging for me.
