Desperate to get back on track. I've been doing great all day but as soon as I walk in the door at night I can't stop eating. I've been feeling really down lately and I know that's why. My self esteem issues definitely have an impact on my weight loss. I've really been struggling these last few weeks and it shows on the scale.

Today at least the sun is shining and I can hear birds chirping. In just a few weeks we'll be leaving for our vacation in San Diego and I will be wearing my size 8 shorts instead of struggling to fit into my size 12 shorts - and THAT is worth celebrating no matter what the scale says!

Truth is - if I could get down to 139 and stay there I would be happy. 135 would be a bit better and I think 132 is the number that would get me out of the "overweight" category. But to get to 139 would be a big benchmark for me. I know that I can do it. It's only 5 pounds! What's holding me back? I've come so far already... I can do this. I WILL DO THIS!
