I lost a teeny 0.6kgs (over my 4 day "Food Conscious" period..i.e Mon to Thurs), but it's DOWN, so I'll take it thank youuuu!! ⬇️🤪
This is also the 2nd week I've re-introduced SUGAR into my life ..see I said LIFE..not DIET 😂✌🏻
I REALLY don't go overboard with sugar, it's an uncomplicated, lighthearted love affair I have with sugar..and simply put..it's this... I LOVE 😋🤍 sugar in my COFFEE... not sweetener (to be fair I use Muscovado sugar...my brown unrefined treacle tasting beauty)...
soooo since I'm basically at my goal weight of 68kgs.. I wanted to experiment with the re-introduction of this frowned upon substance 🤔 and see if I could still achieve weightloss as opposed to weight GAIN ...and so far it's working FOR me..I can indeed lose weight whist welcoming back into my life my beloved Sugar 🥰😍
Therefore for this last teeny part of my journey...sugar's back baby!!
Now it's weekend.. I don't fast or calorie count from Fri to Sunday...so let the feasting begin!! 🤪🥰🤍💙🍰🍩🍦
