Wanted a good workout today but my calves are sore so I used the jogging stroller with a flat tire and walk/jogged around the neighborhood. It was alright as long as I stayed on the side of the road that allowed the weight to go to the side that had air. Little guy did alright but was upset when we got home because I think he thought we were headed somewhere. Poor guy. But I got 30mins of good cardio and sweating! Why are my calves still sore from days ago? I have stretched them. My left calf especially. :(
