Last night my husband asked me how much weight I had lost...when I told him 16 lbs he said, "GET OUT! Really?" In 30 days 16 lbs. I am proud of myself. This morning I put on a pair of jeans that I have not worn in quite some time...they sit below the natural waist line and were way too uncomfortable. Today they feel good. I did not expect them to be comfortable enough to wear (just wanted to check) but they were! Go me!! We are going out tonight with a group of friends. So I have been planning since lastnight what I can eat and how I will cope. I think I am ready and will work hard at the gym today too.
