Starting the day w/fresh pineapple for much needed vitamin C & see how my body reacts to it. Dusted off the ole baking scale, to relearning portions by gram/oz. look like without scaling. It's been 5 years the food scale has seen the light of day, just about the time I stopped baking.
FSdB has pineapple by the cup or slice. This looks a little over a slice. 70 Kcal. Have to figure out food intake w/o scaling before xmas.
