Personal best since my quadriceps tendon repair surgery I walked 2 miles in one hour around the indoor track with my walker! Longest distance yet and fastest time too!! It felt pretty good I got a little sore but not too bad then I did weight machines for about a half hour. The walking around the track is still using my walker because I feel pretty unsteady and unbalanced and I’m still wearing the large brace. Hope to get it off in about two weeks time. I can’t imagine walking without itIt will take some getting used to
