Buy a kitchen scale to measure your portion size.
Buy a weighing scale that can also measure your body fat. It is the body fat and more precisely visceral fat that is a better predictor of your health then general weight.
Wear a fitness band to track your activity and sleep. Never rely on calories burnt metric displayed in fitness band it overestimates it by huge margin.
A good sleep helps suppress unnecessary hunger.

You can only improve what you can measure , rest is perception.
You should feel energetic even while dieting, if you feel miserable or week, you are not doing it right.

80/ 20 rule: 20%small imp things give 80% influencing change, while rest focus on many non imp things. 80% influence is by diet, 20% by workout. BUT also 1 pound of new muscle mass gain will burn said 96 cal bt in real cud be around 50 Cals in 24hrs, also better appetite regulation, abs work as wall, since ppl who eat more and find difficult to eat less they can eat more as usual and burn calories in background just by having more muscle mass. And as long as women don't lift heavy, they don't have to worry about vien popping or masculine looks, it hard for u to gain muscle, so workout also.

Bt also workout can't beat diet so focus is diet and workout should be daily dose of drug or medicine. Thanks Gavrav, for sharing. If candles can share egnite light from each other we wud light up the whole world.
