Life sometimes takes its toll. Between anxiety, depression, relocation, injury, stress, even having a bout with COVID-19, a lot of inconsistency crept in leading a tremendous amount of weight gain. It's not great... But it's Okay Its just a matter of resetting. The next 3 months will be just that for me, resetting.
