I'm not weighing myself until Sunday morning. I felt like Kristin did last night on Biggest Loser last week when I had been good all week and hadn't lost a pound. I feel great! I feel like I've lost a lot of puffiness. Breads and pastas taste so good, but there is a price - the PUFF! I am eating whole grains in moderation and feel this works well for me and NO SUGAR. My greatest 11 day accomplishment! I even have my little chocolates right there where I could grab them if I wanted and haven't touched them. Yeah! I honestly feel better now than I did when I weighed 125. Isn't that bizarre? 40 pounds heavier. Of course that was in my 30's. I really love who I am now in my 40's. I wonder where my body is going to just settle into my perfect weight. My goal is get to 145. That feels like the right amount. But we'll see.
