Well well...after a little 0.3 gain after my 4-days calorie counting LAST week... (so I went up to 69.2), I have now dropped 1.5 & am currently standing on 67.7kgs - yay!!
☺☺ sometimes one's body just needs a jolt of some sort I suppose, so I switched things up a bit - behaved a teeeeny bit better, STILL took my beloved raw brown sugar in my coffee (but took a bit less of it) - STILL had my handful of Chutney Biltong Sticks in the evenings - before 19h00 - but without the mini salami stick as well.... i know...i eat funny right? But it works for meeeeee ♫♫ I found my NON-DIET mojo and I am loving my slow but steady journey. Nearly on the 20kgs lost mark of 66.0 Kgs...and will then drop (however slowly it makes no sake), a further few kgs to around the 62-63kg mark, which will then be my Maintenance Mark and allow me a few kgs in the upward direction without destroying how I look and feel.
Come a long way since that chick I was in January of this year.... the 86kg me was not a happy camper....and the 93kg me (back in January 2020) was even MORE MISERABLE...
Anyway...off I go...at work, so must focus. Happy Weekend everybody...Be safe ♥
