Dziennik dlpmas, 15 sie 14

I ate beef tonight and I shouldn't have done that. I have a stomach issue and when I eat beef i bloat so bad its painful but sometimes you do it cause you really want it. At this point it was a really bad mistake. I have taken my med's but hasn't helped as yet so i guess its going to be an early night and hope its better in the am. I did exercise more than normal I went with Michael to get materials for a job they are doing, we walked all over Home Depot and had to go to 3 different ones. I also helped him lift the boxes of tile into the truck so it was something different.
