Good morning, all! I am revved and ready to go...I didn't journal yesterday....one of our physicians here at work passed yesterday and we were in TOTAL shock. He was one of the kindest and caring individuals I've ever met and never showed ill will. I spent most of yesterday reflecting on him and life in general. I need to be more thankful that I am blessed to breathe yet another day. Not deserving of any mercy, but thankful that it has been given to me...Enuf with the mushy stuff...I will hit planet fitness tonight with my daughter :)

Wow, I would have trouble getting through the work day. I worked in a clinic and we were one big family. I get sad hearing about divorces, etc. How old was the doctor that passed? Anyway, glad you took something positive away from it all. Have a day filled with gratitude for all life has to offer.

Hi @gilliansings....OMG...he was 67 and actively practicing as an OB/GYN. Everyone loved him and we are just sick about it.

Too young, for sure. My mom and dad are both 69 and I can't imagine them dying. I worked in the OB/Gyn department and we had a male physician about that age. I would have been sick, too. Both the personnel that were mourned at our clinic had died in their 40s, one from a car accident, one from pancreatic cancer. Sorry for the pain it caused.
