On Saturday 6 November I was curious to see if I had lost anything as I felt lighter then the day before from weighing myself 113.8kgs and I was so shocked to see I actually was down another 400g 113.4kg every gram counts! and I finally am below 113.6kgs which was my lowest weight 2 weeks ago 🙌🏻I’m so proud of myself and my new goal before end of November is to loose 3.4kgs before 28 November.I know I can do it I just need to control my carbs and chocs and chips intake and stay fasting properly for 18-20hrs straight eat one bowl of salad everyday and drink one glass green juice.I hope I loose this 3.4kgs I will be so so happy!Even though I hoped to be 110kgs end of October but now moved to end of November seems more realistic now to loose 5-6 kgs a month.My birthday is this week I’m going to really try to be good!😊
