Hi, everyone....Hope all is well....Here is my exercise yesterday (using the Nike run app)
GALLOWAY METHOD 28 minutes total 6 minutes running at 5.0 MPH/1 minute walking @ 3.5 MPH X 4 times 2.25 miles
I was supposed to go 49 minutes, but I was super late for church. I didn't want to skip my workout completely, so I did the 28 minutes. I have to work late tonight, so I hope I can make up the other 21 minutes this evening.
