Sorry to hear that hun...you're just being tested, that's all. You'll be tested no matter what you do for the rest of your life. So I would suggest you rephrase that to read, "In spite of life being really unstable right now, I WILL get back on track." 

I like that better! I can see now that I can't let life's up and downs dictate whether I'll give up or keep going. I appreciate the encouragement!! I have a habitat of letting the slightest setbacks affect what I do in terms of my weight loss. I think I use it as an excuse to get out of it. Pathetic I know. 

Not pathetic at all...HUMAN, yes! How the heck you think I ended up being 316 lbs? lol
