Hi Mish, i dnt hw to reply to u only, so just adding my answer here. I started 10th May but only inserted data into the app on 27th May. I started in May, so its about an average of 3.3kgs pm. I cut out pasta in the first 4 months, gas cooldrinks, i only had water, tea, coffee, no sugar, all the bad foods.
