take a deep breath and allow yourself to take a 5 minutes break. if the stress comes from work, then just think about it: what is really important, my health or my job? sometimes I find myself so stressed about my job that I can't think about anything else. and then I say: "ok but if I'm too stressed anyway I won't do anything good, so...relax and let go!!" and for me the most important thing is... me!!! my health is the key for everything else. I don't know if it makes sense... take care!
