Hello All on this site, I wish you all the best of Christmas and a better New start to the New Year. My diet has gone right out of the window. I have already eaten 2,000 plus calories already 🙃 😅 not eaten dinner yet. 🙃. Feel full and sick all I have eaten is mince pies and Victoria sponge cake. How naughty. 2 homemade mince pies are over 800 calories. ( I didn't make them a customer did). Still not weighing myself this Sunday I will wait until next Sunday and have a huge shock then start all over again. Still I am sure we will all be in the same boat. What ever you are doing. Oh, by the way don't forget to SING😅🤣😂. Love you all Merry Mel ❤.
