Yesterday was just hard. I wanted to eat everything & anything. But other than 2 bowls of Wendy's chili split of for each meal, then crackers & a fun sized Hersey bar; I did great. I'm working on recording every little bite. It surprised me the other day when one little boneless wing from pizza hut was 100 calories. I'm thinking to get to my goal, it would take me 2 to 3 months. (12 lbs lost) can't weight to weigh in...but my scale has been sent back and forth through states with FedEx for some reason..hopefully they'll get it right soon.
