After my AM workout yesterday I thought it a good idea to go for a pre-lunch run at work. My effin' shins are in pain but tolerable.
*I am by no means a runner so take it for what it's worth:

I don't think it was too bad - I could have gone longer but I kept checking the time/distance on my phone which slowed me down here and there. That was a tolerable pace for me and it is definitely better than what I have done in the past. The HIIT training I have done in the winter must have helped increase my pace somehow.
