Hola, Fat-Secreters....I am still fasting today.....didn't eat off-limit foods yesterday....I went to the gym yesterday and here's my exercise....My daughter and I are going back to the gym to do weight training tonight (YAY)
Galloway Method Warm up: 5 minutes 9 minutes running/1 minute walking X 4 times TOTAL: 44:57 minutes 423calories 10.34/mi 5.2 MPH---Increased my speed a little gang! I did have to slow down for a few minutes because my back started to hurt...lol
