It's been beautiful weather this wekend, so we decided to make the most of it and have a barbecue.
I was a little apprehensive about making this work with my diet, but I managed just fine. My fella and my son had baked potatoes and bread rolls, which I just skipped and added extra salad.
We had organic wild venison sausages, organic beef burgers, lamb chops and chicken wings which we got from the halal butchers, and I made some halloumi cheese and vegetable kebabs. As well as a truly enormous bowl of salad. It was all very delicious and totally nutritious.
My only problem was that I had three glasses of wine. Oops. Well, you can't be 100% good 100% of the time.
