Ended up doing weight training by myself tonight...I did 3 sets of the following using 10 lbs weights:
DB squats: 15 reps Calf raises: 10 reps Stationary lunges: 10 reps apiece (each side) Dead lifts: 15 reps Crunches: 15 reps Side leg lifts: 15 reps apiece (each side) Cats N Dogs: 4 reps
Did an additional 10 squats without weights for today's squat challenge.
