Are you not doing Atkins anymore? Just wondering. That MasterCleanse sounds really rough!

Well I started my new life style with a 2 day fast and then into the master cleanse. After that is done I am doing the Atkins diet. Just trying to have a fresh start.

I know it's so tough this diet, you're doing so much better than I did. You must be very determined. I'm sure an apple or something wouldn't be too bad if you really wanted something. I can’t believe you had to go to a restaurant while you're on this diet/fast. You must be incredibly strong. You're bit about others going through much worse is a very inspiring thought, I'm going to think about that today when I'm craving bread.

LOL ya yesterday was really difficult, I actually broke down and had a piece of cheese. Big mistake it hurt my stomach so bad!!! I forgot how rich cheese is...LOL I think today will be better due to being at work and not just lounging around the house all day! I hope that you are staying strong. Just think about all of the people that have no food at all and they make it. If they can deal with it then we can learn to be strong willed and healthy

Oh yes, I forgot about that... you need to be extra careful about what you eat when you come off the master cleanse diet. I think they tell you to eat fruit and veg for the first day or two, so that your tummy can cope with the food. Your take on dieting is truly insperational.

Why thank you...all of a sudden pounds are comming back though. Not very happy about that. Starting with some pretty intense workouts for me today though, went from nothing to 30 minutes and my legs hurt

the cleanse is a GREAT way to start!!! I noticed in your food diary, that it's not totally accurate though. Each 4 tbsp serving of the syrup is 400 calories. so for your 8 oz drink, it 100 calories. Just thought id mention it so your diary is accurate. Also... I did want to say that 155lbs... is NOT fat!! so your loved one is NUTS!!! lol your doing amazing. I did the cleanse also... but ate fruit on it.. I know.. technically not cleanse.. haha! but if you MUST cheat.. eat a strawberry or a veggie... first of all... there are NO chemicals, which is why you are detoxing in the first place, 2nd.. it is much easier to digest than cheese. Stay STRONG! they say the first 2 days are the roughest.
