I had planned to start the HCG diet right away. Once again life got in the way and by the time I could start it I will be traveling right in the middle of Phase 2. For now I am basically Atkins but with a modest amount of carbs. I will not do either the HCG or induction with Atkins until I return the second week in May. I will be able to maintain and hopefully lose a little with my Atkins carb count up some to about the OWL level. I can avoid sugars and starchy items so this seems to be my best bet until I can focus my time and energy trying a round of the HCG drops. I have lived with Atkins eating lifestyle for 13 years and most of that time I did well. A couple of years ago stresses in my life were my downfall to stress eating. I now weigh what I did some time ago. I faced myself in the mirror and am ready to begin. Day 1 of commitment.
