I got on my treadmill tonight. I was able to control the settings this time. haha. I walked at 3 and level for 20 minutes and then for the last 10 I kept elevating it every couple minutes until I got to 5. Also, I recall that when you exercise, the more you get your arms up above your heart the more calories you burn. So I was lifting my arms a lot. I noticed when I started doing that my heart beat and I was breathing heavier. I guess it works. The reading said 1.5 miles.
