Haven't posted on here much, but figured I would drop an entry. I have been pretty strict on my diet for the last week other than Saturday when I fell off the wagon. But the last two days have been really good. I have a calorie deficit of at least 2000 each day.

Morning workout was good after taking a full week off of weight training, and only doing cardio, although I definitely lost some strength. I got 20 min on elliptical for 1.82 miles and 285 calories to warm-up. Then I did Incline Dumbbell Press - 5sets - 80x15, 120x10, 130x10, 130x10, 130x15. Then moved onto Barbell Flat Bench Press - 4 sets - 135x10, 135x10, 135x10, 135x8. Leverage Decline Press - 4 sets - 146x10, 146x10, 146x10, 146x10. Low Cable Crossover - 4 sets - 40x10, 35x10, 35x10, 40x10. Cable Crossover - 4 sets - 50x10, 50x10, 50x10, 50x10. Totals: 21 sets, 218 reps, 21,420 lbs lifted.
