Just read through my old journal entries and they are so positive and motivating I'm hoping to be able to continue that. I've started purchasing meals from www.myfitfoods.com for dinner & eating healthy choice or smart ones meals for lunch. this has made a big difference also im taking the stairs down 15 flights every work day i feel sore from it but its worth it. hoping to continue down this road! The meals have def helped tremendously i cant explain how much they have helped its so hard for me too cook and stuff but buy fresh healthy meals at a reasonable price & close to home is perfect for me! Been tracking exactly what i eat since Monday and hoping to continue the app on my phone is a huge help. today is cheat night but I'm going to try to stay at my RDI. I will be 200lbs by September. I refuse to gain anymore weight or maintain the weight i am at.
