Day 10 A 600 calorie deficit led to my fourth day in a row ticking off a weight loss after a five day plateau. Because my weight is dropping quite well and my face isn't looking thin and gaunt I'm now planning on continuing and have reset my target weight down a little to 73Kg. If I reach this my BMI will be 23.5 and lower than I managed at my lowest in December. Once I get to 73kg I will try and hold it at that going forward. So my daily deficit target for the rest of Feb is 600 calories my and end of month target to be less than 74.5kg
In the end I did a very long run yesterday - 1/2 marathon distance and weeded around the outside of the fruit cage for an hour.
