I know how you feel. Might I suggest a symbol like a shirt or pants you want to fit in as a motivational reminder. Also when you feel like having those tempting foods have just a small amount to satisfy your craving ( this doesn’t work for me personally ) OR the one that works better for me is I walk away and distract myself with something to do and if they leave leftovers hide them in foil where I won’t notice or in back of the freezer. Hang in there it’s tough but forgive yourself the indulgences and do better after on
