Dziennik bullybeefi, 17 lut 22

Any advise on how to work in more protein as I'm struggling to get my carbs down. I am THE biggest potato fan but have starting to eat more meat and less potato but still carbs are 30-40% 🙄😕😔

potatoes are really good for you. Especially if you're training cause it gives you mad endurance and added strength. So enjoy your potatoes just make sure it's within your calories and eat more chicken, and maybe extra lean beef mince. Be careful with the amount of oil you use when cooking, I use spray and cook it helps a ton with calories.

Just focusing on my calorie intake at the moment and next month I will start with a exercise plan. Then the papotoes will come in handy hehe thank you for your advice. Still very new at this as I have given up so many times and first time in a while I'm sticking to something but the carbs stay high 🤔😎
