Grr...kinda disappointed I didn't lose ONE pound! I have been following my diet 100% and working out whenever I can. The last few days I haven't been able to do pilates or anything because I've had this nasty head cold and get dizzy just from standing up. At least I haven't GAINED anything, but I'm sad that I didn't lose an ounce :( I HAVE lost inches though, around my waist, hips, and thighs. (Since Thursday I've lost an inch off my waist, an inch off my hips, and a 1/2 inch off my thighs). I'll look at that as a positive I guess lol and hope it's the Pilates that is making me lean!

Today I start phase 2...excited about that. We'll see how it goes. I've upped my workout regime, I'm trying to do 40 mins of pilates a day instead of 20, and walking the dog on top of that.

I am on my way out the door, but are your food diary entries complete? Cals seem extremely low. I know it sounds crazy, but if they are too low, your body won't lose. Also do not skip meals and those snacks are crucial. If I skip breakfast, I won't lose. Seems crazy that by eating more, you can lose weight. But it;s eating more of the right things, and not skipping, and giving that metabolism that kick in the pants it needs. Send me an email to remind me and when I get home later I'll take a look at your food diary and see what we can figure out. Hang in there.

No it's not complete...I only usually record what I eat the first half of the day and forget or don't have time to record the rest! I need to write it down and then put it on FS when I get a chance, albeit it might be the next day!

Try doing that ok? There is usually a reason for stalls or not losing weight but it really takes looking at the total nutrition breakdown to find out what it is. I know it seems like a lot of work but I guarantee you that the problem can usually be found using it. Hang in there...keep at it. It's worth it.

Thanks for the encouragement...I've been sick today, not much going on so I had the time to fill it out ;) I will do my best to make it a habit to fill it in, I know that it's really important toward weight loss!
