Dziennik happyjoycalm, 27 lut 22

I really focused on my calories yesterday and I went over. Does anyone else feel when you focus on the food you get more hungry? I walked my dog 4 times for long walks. But I did eat 40 chessies late last night. Feel so guilty. Why can't I through that big bag away. I tell myself that it's a waste and will just finish this last bag. I have cut all processed sugar but eating chips now. ( I guess because they end up as sugar maybe).
