Dziennik Emz142, 21 kwi 11

Well my work out was slow I only ran two mile and had to walk the other 2. I did my weight training for my legs, it was a short workout I was not in the mood to do it, but hell I did it. My body is sore but I dont want to take a day off yet because I know easter will be my day off and I am making that my high calorie day but I WILL NOT over do it as I normally do. Maybe I will get out and play golf on Easter to have a fun light workout;-) I am a little frustrated by the scale this morning but I don't think I should be weighing myself everyday, my body fluctuates big deal if I gained .4 pounds, just don't give up and keep pushing on. I will get into my skinny jeans and I will look great for Wedding season and swim suit season!!!

That's still a great work out! Keep up the awesome job. I do weigh myself everyday- always have but the flucuations can drive you nuts. When the scale does go up just keep pushing through. You may be bloated or ate heavier later in the day. You already know that you got this! I can't wait to see a pic of you in the skinny jeans!

After many battles with the scale, I am on the brink of winning the full out war! I won't bore you with the details here, but if you're interested, read my last few journals. Kudos for doing your workout when you didn't feel like it! Honestly, I think that may be one of the keys to success! I'm not anyone ever feels like it ALL the time, but building good habits and routines are crucial! I think the golfing idea sounds wonderful! Best of luck. I am psyched to see these skinny jean photos this summer; you already look fabulous, but you will be an even more healthy version of hot hot hot!
