Going on 4 weeks now of my Spastic colon diet, I've fallen back into this habit really easily, my clothes are getting looser by the week and I've also had to start putting plasters around my wedding ring cause its getting loose too,

I thought that this time around with all the gluten free and vegan options it would be easier but my tastebuds aren't enjoying most things available I bought this lentil and chickpea "spaghetti" and it felt and tasted like I had a mouth full of straw lol. I'm still craving bread and lamb chops and hot dogs but the pain they'll bring keeps me away.
