I have decided to take this life change of eating slowly... I have found that I feel like I am missing something that I could have all my life with no problems until a few years ago... I am also going to teach myself the things that make my body feel healthy and make it feel unhealthy... cravings is the thing I am going to dwell on as well as other things... Maybe I am allergic to some foods now and was not for most of my life... So the first step this week is bread... I did not eat bread yesterday and I will not eat it again today or tomorrow... I want to find out how I feel not having bread for 3 days... then on Thursday and Friday I will allow myself to eat bread... I will also eat cheap bread and real bread and see if there is a difference in the two breads... Maybe it is something in the bread that is causing the problem...
