Hardest workout since my (day 20) comeback last night. Staying stingy on carbs/sugars. Fasting daily for 16-18 hrs. Eating in the 6 hour window has become very normal. Body seems to like it. Much less aches and pains. Skin seems glowing and more youthful. I have extreme migraines and they've really subsided the past three weeks. Total game changer! Love not being in pain all the time.
