Im back to food diary again thanks to Ms Shia and her cute little saying- Bite it/Write it! Its interesting to know that Im not taking in nearly as many calories as I used to @ least by 50% less. My energy is through the roof. My boss who is on the same woe as myself, is the same way. It makes you mindful of what you are eating and why you are eating. Today I was at my second desk and they had all the mini candies and cookies all over and I didnt even attempt to grab one. I just kept thinking, Im not even hungry,I just want it to have it.And then I was thinking "hmm,Im going to be accountable for that later." I did have a great moment today when I went into my closet and ironed a pair of blackpants ( I have numerous pair for some strange reason) put them on and was about to cry because i thought they were my big pants.. Until I looked at the tag and saw they were my small pants that I had been trying to get into for at least a year. OHMEGEEE, you saw all of my teeth including the back ones. I was struting to work like you could see the tag or something... Proud as a peacock.. And noone was in danger of losing an eye if the button popped.lol... LAst time I wore them, they were flooding bc they were so tight...Today they fit like they did when I bought them to celebrate last year... Im so excited! The real test will be those cute little jeans I got from my sisinlaw that she only wore once because they are SOOO big. Im going to rock them out soon enough!! Watch me shrink..
Just finished a cardio induced pilates that was pretty intense. I dont know if i pulled something or what but my back is killing me. I will walk it out in a minute. Who is this new person? Walking something out? Whoever she is, i like this chick!!!
